TrustSphere mobile app for iPhone and iPad

The TrustSphere mobile app puts real time Relationship Analytics into the hands of every employee within an organisation.

The TrustSphere mobile app connects with your organisations TrustVault server and accesses the metadata of your organisations digital interactions (typically the log files of your enterprise email platform). Using this data, TrustVault constructs a real time digital social network map of your entire organisation and all of the relationships with third party suppliers, customers and partners.

The TrustSphere mobile app provides you with a real time summary of your own workplace relationships and communications and also gives you access to LinksWithin® - TrustSphere’s revolutionary internal social network search capability.

With the TrustSphere mbile app, you can see the current status of all of your key work related relationships.
On the home screen, you see a real time count of the number of individual relationships you have and the number of companies you are interacting with.

To make managing your work relationships more effective the TrustSphere mobile app also provides you a summary of recent changes in your work relationships, with insights relating to:
Reconnects – a list of your relationships that are at risk, including how many days since you were last in contact with them
New – all of the new relationships you have started in the last seven days,
Active – your most active relationships over the seven days and how many messages you have swapped with them in the last month.

The app enables you to click directly through to send an email to any of these people. Allowing you to quickly reconnect, start or continue a relationships and helping you to keep all of your work relationships strong and healthy.

Linkswithin is a powerful capability which utilises TrustSphere’s unique Relationship Analytics platform to draw its insights. By accessing the metadata of your organisation’s digital interactions (typically the log files of your enterprise email platform) TrustSphere is able to create a real time digital social network map of your entire organisation and all of their relationships with third party suppliers, customers and partners.

LinksWithin searches your internal social network and maps out all of the ongoing relationships with companies and/or individuals. It then uses a complex scoring algorithm to measure the strength of these relationships and provides you with real time pathway between yourself and the target person or company.
